Pre Filtration Mats

Rough filter mats are well applicable for filtration of ambient air handling systems of all kinds.
G3 and G4 are well suited for pre-filtration of intake air for spray-paint system and painting workshop.

Material characteristics

• The filter mats are made of high performance polyester fibers with durable thermal bonding

• The density of the fibers of G3 and G4 mats increases towards the clean air side

• High dust holding capacity and high arrestance

• Contains no silicon

• Humidity resistance up to 100% r.F.

• Temperature resistance up to 100℃

• Flame resistance according to DIN 53438 F1

• Partly can be washed and reused

• To supply in rolls or cutting pieces according to customer’s specification

• The clean air side is strengthened with a polyester woven fabric which increases the stability of the filtration mat and prevents from dust breakthrough

• Contains no silicon

• Temperature resistance up to 100℃

• Humidity resistance up to 100% r.F.

• Flame resistance according to DIN 53438 F1

• To supply in rolls or cutting pieces according to the client request.
